Terms of Service - Astro Sensei

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at support@astrosensei.com.

Astro Sensei provides astrology-based content, interpretations, and tools intended for personal insight, reflection, and entertainment.

Not professional advice: The Service does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice, and is not a substitute for professional services. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.

To personalize content, you may submit information such as birth date, birth time, and birth location ("Birth Data"). You represent that you have the right to provide the information you submit.

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, harvest, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service or its content;
• share accounts, bypass paywalls, or distribute paid content;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service (including security-related features);
• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.

The Service, including text, designs, graphics, branding, layouts, and software, is owned by Astro Sensei or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.

Personal-use license: If the Service generates content for you (including reports), you may use it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit that content without written permission from Astro Sensei.

Some features may require payment ("Paid Features"). Prices and billing terms will be shown at checkout.

Payments: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Auto-renewal: If you start a subscription, it may renew automatically unless you cancel. We will clearly present renewal terms, pricing, and cancellation instructions at checkout and/or in your account billing settings.

You can cancel a subscription through your account billing settings (if available) or by contacting support@astrosensei.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins. Any special refund terms (such as a trial, first-month guarantee, or promotional policy) will be disclosed clearly at checkout and/or in your account billing settings.

You agree we may send you:

• service-related messages (security, account, billing, and support communications); and
• marketing messages where permitted, which you can opt out of at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, to protect the Service or other users, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any interpretations will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astro Sensei will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (for example, by email and/or through the Service). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
